Ieng Chi Dance Association (ICDA) takes you on a journey to the enchanted forest with over 200 of its youth dancers this Spring! Healthy and thriving forests are essential to the sustaining of all life on earth. Yet our forests are at risk. Human activities have been causing destruction.
Who has taken all the colors off the forests? Can someone retrieve the beauty of the forests and help the running animals settle? Through a series of energetic Jazz dances, graceful Chinese folk dances, and joyous children’s dances, "The Enchanted Forest" takes you on an adventure with the spoiled girl, Tung Tung, and leads you to unveil the beauty of the earth’s green covers.
Being a non-profit educational association for over 15 years, Ieng Chi Dance Association witnesses the changes in children's attitudes towards environmental protection. Through this performance, we hope to bring out the concept of "love the forest, love our home" and let children experience the core value of this slogan through physical participation and discussion.
We welcome you to join us in this adventure and are offering special discounts for groups, teachers, and students. We also invite you to our educational outreach activities, including a poster drawing event and dance workshops.
