Event Purpose
Let the younger generation of Macau learn about the stories and local charm of the Ti Ko district; cultivate teamwork among young people and deepen their understanding of the development story of the Ti Ko area.
Competition Theme
Record the development history and stories of people's livelihoods within the Ti Ko Neighborhood Association and the Horta Costa area.
Event Format
Recruit participants to join in teams. Each team will shoot and submit a short film of up to 5 minutes.
Eligibility
- Macau residents aged 16 to 45.
- Participate as a team of 3-5 people. No duplicate registrations.
- Maximum of 10 teams. Registration closes when full.
Registration Details
- Registration Deadline: Until June 7, 2024
- Registration Method: Complete the application form and send it to Ti Ko Neighborhood Association via:
- Registration Fee: MOP 100 per person. The fee will be fully refunded upon completion of the event's specified activities. No refund for mid-event withdrawal.

Competition Rules
- Each team must conceive a story around the Ti Ko district, conduct visits, shoot, and submit one competition short film within 5 minutes.
- Short Film Specifications:
- 4K Video
- Resolution: 3840 x 2160
- Format: MP4 (.mp4)
- Participants must provide their own filming equipment.
- Research Period: June 16 – July 5, 2024 (gather relevant information based on the competition theme).
- Kick-off Ceremony & Training Course: July 6, 2024 (one professional guidance session on concept, methods, and filming process).
- Filming & Production Period: July 7 – August 30, 2024 (submit the short film on a USB drive to the association's address).
- Judging Period: September 7 – September 21, 2024 (reviewed by the judging committee).
- Judging Criteria: Relevance to theme, creative concept, visual communication.
Awards & Prizes
- Champion: MOP 1,500 cash and a certificate.
- 1st Runner-up: MOP 1,000 cash and a certificate.
- 2nd Runner-up: MOP 800 cash and a certificate.
- Finalist Award (7 winners): MOP 100 cash and a participation certificate.
