This workshop is designed to address the common occupational health issues faced by teachers, focusing on promoting physical well-being in the workplace.
Teaching requires long hours of standing and managing work-related stress, which often leads to occupational diseases such as cervical spondylosis and varicose veins. To raise awareness about workplace health among teachers, this association organizes the "Teach a Good Spine" occupational health workshop. The goal is to empower teachers with knowledge and techniques for self-health promotion in their professional environment, thereby enhancing their physical and mental well-being.
The workshop is open to in-service teachers, current student teachers, and any interested individuals.
