5. "Talking About Ghosts, Discussing Spiritual Cultivation" Book Club
- Description: Every day when we open newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, or the internet, we often see topics like feng shui, astrology, fortune-telling, ouija boards, and divination—methods many believe can change or predict personal fortunes. Or practices like qigong, yoga, human electricity studies, and longevity studies, thought to improve health or even cure illnesses.
Are these popular phenomena merely methods and exercises to help people solve problems, or are they actions involving evil spirits that not only offer no benefit but bring endless trouble?
Father Wang Jinghong, in his book "Talking About Ghosts, Discussing Spiritual Cultivation," based on years of practical experience in "deliverance prayer" work, provides clear answers with humor and wit. He also points out methods to free ourselves from these evil spirits. Most importantly, especially for Catholics, Father Wang teaches the correct concepts and attitudes we should hold.
If you are interested in Father Wang Jinghong's book, you are welcome to join our book club.
