Grammy and Oscar-winning composer Tan Dun presents his six-year magnum opus, Dunhuang · Compassion Symphony. This groundbreaking work shatters Western musical traditions, presenting an epic in Chinese based on the philosophical stories depicted in the Mogao Caves murals.

Utilizing the vast 28-million-pixel visual capabilities of the MGM Theater, the performance brings the grandeur of the Dunhuang murals to life in a stunning three-dimensional display. The work celebrates universal values of equality, devotion, and compassion, creating a unique cultural landscape that showcases the master's boundless vision.

The monumental symphony is divided into six acts, conducted by Tan Dun himself.
