Program Overview

This leadership training program is designed for Macau youth, focusing on the development of smart and sustainable cities. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants will gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills.

Program Content

• Knowledge Sharing: Learn about cutting-edge technologies including urban big data, smart sensors & network communications, smart energy, intelligent transportation, and urban public safety & disaster prevention.
• Site Visits: Explore local smart enterprises and institutions in Macau to understand the real-world progress of smart city development.
• Hands-on Practice: Engage in programming and hands-on projects to understand how smart cities share resource data, break down geographical information barriers, and create more convenient, eco-friendly, and sustainable living environments.
• Final Challenge: Apply your knowledge to develop innovative solutions for Macau's future smart city and sustainable development, considering technical, managerial, and regional cooperation aspects.

Key Information

• Target Participants: Macau youth aged 13 or above.
• Program Period: July 2024.
• Fee: Free.
• Quota: 30 participants.
• Venue: Sun Meng Hui Association and designated field visit locations.
• Registration: Open now until July 1st.

Additional Notes

• Participants who complete all sessions will receive a course certificate (requires 80%+ attendance).
• Participants must bring their own computer or iPad for the sessions.
• Special Opportunity: Completing all courses grants priority participation in Sun Meng Hui's Chongqing outreach program from August 8th to 12th.
