Registration details for the 2014 Summer Activities program for children and youth in Macao.

Target Participants

• Children and youth aged 4 to 25 years old (age is determined by the participant's year of birth).

Registration Process

A three-step process: Registration, Lottery, and Final Sign-up.

1. Registration

• Period: April 30 (10:00) to May 12 (22:00), 2014.
• Methods: Register the participant's ID number via:
  • Phone: 2882 2777
  • Online: www.summeractivity.gov.mo
  • Fax: Complete the form on the promotional leaflet and send to 8891 5300
  • In-person: At any CTM store (Avenida Marginal do Lam Mou, Rua de Pedro Coutinho, Rua Um do Bairro Iao Hon, Avenida De D. João IV, Taipa). Store hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:30–19:30.

2. Lottery

• Lottery Date: May 15, 2014 (computerized draw).
• Result Inquiry: May 16–23, 2014.

  • In-person at CTM stores
• Notification Collection: Winners must collect their lottery notification slip from CTM stores from May 16–23, 2014, by presenting their ID or a copy.

3. Final Sign-up (Can be done by a representative)

• Sign-up Location: Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion (Pavilhão Polidesportivo Tap Seac).
• Required Documents: Application form, recent photo, participant's ID (original or copy for verification), health certificate. Please read the registration guidelines before signing up.
• Lottery Winner Sign-up Days:
  • May 24: 14:00–21:00
  • May 25–26: 09:00–21:00
  • Note: Each participant can sign up for a maximum of 2 classes on these days.
• Final Open Sign-up Day:
  • May 27: 09:00–21:00
  • Open to all eligible individuals. Each person can sign up for a maximum of 4 classes in total.

Important Notes

• Vacancies are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The lottery only determines the order for registration during the designated sign-up days.
