Scope
- The subsidy scheme aims to grant subsidies to owners of heavy or light two-stroke motorcycles to encourage the voluntary scrapping of these vehicles, which have a greater impact on environmental quality.
- For the purposes of applying the provisions of this administrative regulation, heavy and light two-stroke motorcycles refer to heavy and light motorcycles equipped with two-stroke internal combustion engines.
To improve Macao's roadside air quality and protect residents' health, the Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Fund has launched the "Subsidy Scheme for Scrapping Heavy and Light Two-Stroke Motorcycles".
