About the Show
A local musical production where the music scene and theater elites join forces. The story is inspired by the classic Czech novel Too Loud a Solitude by Bohumil Hrabal.
As the city expands and changes rapidly, what is new is fermenting while the old decays. In the collection heap, a man is about to be buried alive.
Ald, a man in his fifties, operates a hydraulic press every day, working to compress the city's every object and event into a disposable "past." The waste discarded by others fascinates Ald; garbage becomes a treasure trove of knowledge and emotion. However, he is fired for being "too slow." How will Ald leave this small world? And what is worth remembering?
