Originating from the UK, STOMP is a unique fusion of percussion, dance, theatre, and situational comedy inspired by everyday life. Performers use common objects readily available in daily life—such as lighters, trash can lids, plastic bags, and even kitchen sinks—to create a diverse range of sounds, forming highly entertaining musical rhythms.
Having toured for 25 years, the STOMP team has performed across six continents in 53 countries, delivering over 20,000 shows to more than 12 million global audience members. They have also performed at the 1996 Academy Awards and the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics.
The team's highly infectious and passionate performances have won them the affection of audiences worldwide.
