This project aims to increase public understanding of depression and reduce the stigma and discrimination against people with depression through sharing their personal stories. It also seeks to empower those with depression by providing a platform for their voices.
Activity Content: Collecting stories from individuals in the community who have experienced depression or emotional distress. Trained storytellers from the center will perform these stories in a script-reading format for the public in various Macau communities and on internet social platforms. Participants who are not ready to face the public can choose to share their stories anonymously through the center.

Training Venue: Caritas Kai Fai Life Education Resource Centre, Macau
Recruitment Target: Macau residents aged 15–40
Recruitment Period: From now until April 30, 2018
