Event Overview

In response to Macau SAR's October Senior Citizens' Day, the Elderly Services Department of our organization is hosting the "Happy Sleep, No Worries" series of activities to promote quality sleep for seniors. The "Sleep Health Knowledge Quiz" aims to raise awareness about sleep health among the elderly, improve their sleep and quality of life, and promote physical and mental well-being.

Eligibility & Participation

• Eligibility: Macau residents aged 55 or above.
• How to Participate:
  • Complete the questionnaire and submit it to the designated unit.
  • Register online via QR code scan.

Prize & Winner Selection

• Prize: "Happy Sleep" Gift Pack.
• Selection Method: Participants who answer all questions correctly will be entered into a prize draw.
• Number of Winners: 100 winners.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by phone call from the organizer.

Important Dates

• Event Period: From now until November 30, 2022.
• Result Announcement: December 15, 2022.

Result Announcement Channels

• Results will be posted on the Macau Caritas website: https://www.caritas.org.mo/
• Results will be posted within the organizer's premises.

Prize Collection

• Winners will be notified by phone.
• The person collecting the prize must present the identity documents of both the winner and the collector at the designated center.

Terms & Conditions

• Participants must provide complete contact information.
• Each person is limited to one entry and one chance in the draw.
• The organizer reserves the final right of decision.
