The Sinulog Festival is one of the most famous festivals on the Philippine calendar, held on the third Sunday of January to honor baby Jesus through Santo Nino de Cebu. This event brings together the Filipino community in Macau to celebrate and share their unique cultural traditions with local residents and visitors.
Themed ‘One BEAT, One DANCE, One VISION for PEACE’, the festival features a vibrant mix of religious, culinary, and performance activities.

Parade and Street Dance Competition
The celebratory procession features participants in brightly colored traditional costumes. They perform the fundamental Sinulog dance movement of two steps forward and one step backward, simulating the current of a river, as they pass through Avenida Comercial de Macau and Avenida Panorâmica do Lago Nam Van.
