Sin Meng Association 'STEPs Talent Platform' Slash Youth Recruitment
Sin Meng Association aims to drive youth personal development and has established the "STEPs Talent Platform." The platform serves three main functions: promotion, integration, and support.
"STEPs Talent Platform" provides a showcase platform for Macau youth, freelancers, and local brands. It invites professionals from various industries to share insights, gathers resources from all sectors of society to assist youth development, and comprehensively addresses the needs of Macau's slash youth. Young people with different specialties are welcome to register and join as part of the "STEPs Talent Platform"!
Application Criteria for "STEPs Talent Platform":
- Provide services in a freelance capacity, regardless of whether you have a full-time job.
- Freelance or company owners, both part-time and full-time are acceptable.
- Have development intentions; specialties are not restricted, and the number of specialties is unlimited.
- 18 years old or above; previous work experience is preferred.

- Basic personal information
- At least 3 photos of your work
- Self-introduction within 200 words
- Your IG, FB, or WeChat link/name (at least one)
- Your personal information will only be used for the "STEPs Talent Platform." Please refer to the application form for detailed terms.
