As Macau actively integrates into the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and diversifies its industries, demographic changes are becoming increasingly prominent. Economic and generational shifts are providing seniors with better retirement conditions, increasing the demand for the silver hair industry. While neighboring regions have relatively mature policies and discussions on this topic, Macau is still in its early stages, indicating significant room for growth. The silver hair industry can be considered part of Macau's youth development planning. In light of this, the 'Silver Hair Industry and Youth Development Symposium' organized by the Hou Meng Association will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, from 14:30 to 17:00 at the Macau University of Science and Technology, Block N, Hall N101.
