Event Overview
A talk designed for seniors, led by professionals to introduce common physiological changes in the elderly and the benefits of exercise. Participants will learn simple home-based health exercises to enhance their knowledge in this area. The session will also recommend relevant books to encourage seniors to further their learning through reading.

Registration Information
- Registration Period: From now until April 12, 2014.
- How to Register: Citizens can register at any Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) library.
- Lottery System: If registrations exceed the quota, a computer lottery will be conducted. Results will be announced on the IACM Library website (http://library.iacm.gov.mo) on April 13, followed by phone notifications.
Important Notes
- Reading Club members can earn 2 reading credits for attending.
- Participants who cannot attend must notify library staff at least 3 days before the event. Two unjustified absences will result in a 3-month suspension of activity rights.
- Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will forfeit their right to participate.
- Severe Weather Arrangements: Outdoor activities are canceled or suspended during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or Typhoon Signal No. 3; indoor activities proceed as usual. All activities are canceled during Typhoon Signal No. 8. Participants should keep receipts (if any) for arrangements in case of cancellation.
