Guest Biography
- Xu Jiankang: Founder of Powerlong Group Development Co., Ltd. (Xiamen Powerlong Group) in 1992. Under his leadership, the group has achieved significant success across five major industries: real estate, commerce, hotel & tourism, culture & arts, and industry & information. He has been honored with numerous awards including "China's Most Influential Entrepreneur," "Outstanding Leader in China's Commercial Real Estate," and "Special Contribution Award for China's Public Welfare."
