How to Participate
Write your name (matching your ID document) and contact number on unusable red packets (利市封) and submit them during office hours at the designated recycling locations.
Participation Rules
To encourage active participation, there is no limit to the number of times a citizen can enter the draw. However, each citizen can only win one prize.

February 16, 2015 (Lunar December 28) to March 6, 2015 (Lunar January 16)
