The "Potential Unleashed" Omni M.C. Competition series has consistently received support from Macao's youth, government departments, and community organizations. Over the years, it has nurtured numerous outstanding young hosts/M.C.s who have taken on key roles in various events. Since its inception in 2003, the event has continuously evolved by incorporating new elements and innovations, striving to enhance the program and provide greater benefits to participants. With thirteen years of organizational experience, the series aims to elevate and solidify the hosting skills and adaptability of past participants, organizing committee members, and young people interested in M.C. work.
The project aims to empower Macao's youth aspiring to be hosts/M.C.s through specialized training courses. The goal is for them to learn professional knowledge, improve their hosting techniques, and strengthen interactive skills.
The event also focuses on promoting the role and importance of the "M.C." to more schools and organizations in Macao, hoping to spark greater interest among youth in this field.
Additionally, some past participants with M.C. experience will have the opportunity to engage in mutual learning through friendly competitions with emerging hosts from neighboring regions.
Ultimately, this series hopes to ensure the continuity of M.C. expertise in Macao, fostering professional host talents. It encourages comprehensive personal development, enabling young people to unleash their potential, break through personal limits, and serve the community.
