Workshop Overview
A comprehensive workshop series introducing the fundamental concepts of Applied Drama. The course combines experience, theory, and practical application, allowing participants to explore various Applied Drama tools and techniques. The goal is to learn how to apply these methods in everyday educational and community settings.

- Target Participants: Educators, social workers, working professionals, and anyone interested in drama education (no prior stage performance experience required).
- Quota: 20 participants.
- Number of Sessions: 8 sessions in total.
- Schedule: Starting February 23 (Every Thursday, 20:00–22:30).
- Venue: Macau Applied Drama Art Development Centre, 2nd Floor A, Times Industrial Building (Opposite Hung Kei Supermarket, Fai Chi Kei).
- Fee: MOP 2,000.
- Buddy Price: MOP 3,400 for two.
- 20% discount for members of Chong Chi Drama Society or former students of Chong Chi Drama Training Classes.
- Content: Community Theatre, Forum Theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed, Theatre in Education (TIE), Drama in Education (DIE), Creative Drama (CD), Process Drama.
- Certificate: Participants with an attendance rate of 80% or higher will receive a course attendance certificate jointly issued by Instructor Chung Chi Ip, the Macau Applied Drama Art Development Centre, and Chong Chi Drama Society.
- Registration: Complete the online registration form. A staff member will contact you regarding class details after registration.
- Note: This course has applied to be recognized as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course for social workers by the Social Work Professional Committee.
Instructor
Chung Chi Ip (Michael)
- Master of Arts in Drama Creation and Application, National University of Tainan.
- Bachelor of Social Work, Macao Polytechnic University.
- Registered Social Worker in Macau.
- Extensive experience in children's drama education and theatre education.
