The Children's Art Paradise 2015 is in full swing! The first wave of workshops is now open for registration. Parents can register in person during Ox Warehouse's office hours. The fee includes all necessary workshop materials, and participants' artwork will have the opportunity to be exhibited at the Children's Art Paradise event in September.
Through exploring different materials like playing with colors, printing, painting, and collage, this workshop aims to develop children's early sensory world and stimulate their imagination and creativity. Conducted in small groups with a relaxed, game-based approach, the process encourages exploration and fosters children's confidence and concentration.
Using methods such as painting, collage, and pop-up books, children will try creating picture books in various forms. Each child will complete their own handmade picture book and collaborate on one giant picture book.
Using common discarded materials from daily life, this workshop lets children unleash their creativity by deconstructing and reassembling items into various animals, monsters, and buildings to create their own little kingdom.
In children's eyes, painting should be a free and joyful activity! This workshop involves doodling and painting freely on fabrics of different textures, splashing paint at will. Unlike paper, the soft texture of fabric allows children to experience the different sensations of painting on various media.
