To publicly recognize and affirm the spirit of outstanding volunteers, promote a correct understanding of voluntary work and the services of volunteer organizations, strengthen connections among volunteer organizations, and encourage all citizens to join the volunteer ranks.
Individuals who have participated in voluntary work for over one year with outstanding performance are eligible to apply.
The recognition day will feature an "Outstanding Volunteer Recognition Ceremony," a "Volunteer Service Photo Exhibition," and "Booth Games."
Ten "Most Outstanding Volunteer" awards will be presented, including the following special awards:
Candidates must attend the scheduled "Outstanding Volunteer Selection Interview Day" on November 20–22. Selection is based on the volunteer's substantive contributions and performance over the past year. Absence without valid reason will result in disqualification. The judging panel's decision is final.
Composed of representatives from relevant government departments and social service organizations.
Winners will receive a commemorative gift and the opportunity to participate in overseas exchange/experience programs at a preferential rate.
Submit the completed nomination form along with a copy of the candidate's ID card by mail, in person, or by fax to the association by the deadline.
