Event Overview
Our Youth Project is a comprehensive volunteer recruitment and training initiative aimed at empowering young people aged 16-35. The program provides a platform for skill development, community interaction, and self-discovery through various workshops and volunteer activities.
Objectives
- Provide opportunities for youth to discover their talents.
- Offer a learning and exchange platform for self-improvement.
- Increase interaction between youth and the community.
- Foster care for the underprivileged and self-awareness.
- Enhance communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Promote the project's transparency through documentary recordings.
Program Structure
The project is divided into three main parts:
I. Professional Skills Training Workshops

Stage Set Design Workshop
- Content: Learn and practice stage design through fun, creative projects. Create small stage sets and scene layouts.
- Schedule: Starts April 6, 2013. Every Saturday, 14:00–16:00. 8 sessions total.
- Venue: Yi Jun Centre
- Capacity: 15 participants

Videography Training Workshop
- Content: Learn to use digital cameras to produce quality video works for documenting daily life, events, and gatherings.
- Schedule: Starts April 10, 2013. Every Wednesday, 17:00–19:00. 7 sessions total.
- Venue: Yi Jun Centre
- Capacity: 15 participants

Photography Training Workshop
- Content: Master the use of photography equipment to capture quality works. Learn basic techniques for landscapes, portraits, and event documentation.
- Schedule:
- Portrait Class: Starts May 4, 2013. Every Saturday, 17:30–19:30. 8 sessions total.
- Landscape Class: Starts May 4, 2013. Every Saturday, 15:00–17:00. 8 sessions total.
- Venue: Yi Jun Centre
- Capacity: 6 participants per class

Express "Performance Journey"
- Content: An introductory course to theater performance led by full-time Macau drama worker Tam Chi Chuen. Uses theater games, open texts, and role-playing.
- Schedule: Starts June 22, 2013. Every Saturday, 16:00–18:00. 6 sessions total. (Participants must arrange additional rehearsal time.)
- Venue: Yi Jun Centre
- Capacity: 15 participants
II. Experiment & Practice Series

Volunteer Training Workshop
- Learn skills for interacting with different groups and understand the services of organizations to be visited.

- Capacity: 20 participants

"Flowers of Time" Visiting Activity
- Collaborate with local elderly centers to understand seniors' personal stories and learn to care for their needs.
- Period: July 2013
- Venue: To be confirmed
- Capacity: 20 participants

"Flowers of Time" Volunteer Photography Activity
- Provide free photography services for the elderly at local centers.
- Period: July–August 2013
- Venue: Yi Jun Centre
- Capacity: 15 participants
III. Results Exhibition & Sharing Session
- Purpose: Summarize the project's achievements, recognize participants' contributions, and encourage continued involvement in volunteer work.
- Date: September 2013 (to be decided by participants)
- Format: Exhibition and performance
- Venue: Yi Jun Centre
- Target Audience: Project participants and the general public
- Admission: Open event, no participant limit
Practical Information
- Target Participants: Individuals aged 16-35 interested in volunteer work, photography, videography, stage design, and event planning.
- Fees: MOP 300 per workshop for members; MOP 500 for non-members.
- Certificate & Refund: Participants with 80% attendance and good performance will receive a certificate and a refund of MOP 150.
- Registration: Submit the completed form with a photo, ID copy, and fee to Yi Jun Centre.
