About the Campaign
2019 marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region. Since the handover, Macao has undergone many positive changes and achieved numerous accomplishments in its cityscape, streets, alleys, and daily life. The "Macao Photo Album" aims to collect the wonderful moments of Macao people over these 20 years.
Submission Requirements
- Theme: Must align with the theme, capturing joyful moments of Macao people and reflecting the people, events, objects, urban development, and the various beauties of residents' lives since Macao's return 20 years ago.
- Format: Digital files only (35mm film works can be scanned into digital files).
- File Format: JPEG.
- Resolution: Over 3 million pixels.
- Color: Color or black and white are acceptable.
- File Size: Each photo file must not exceed 3 MB.
Important Notes for Submissions
- The work must be a photographic work taken by the submitter themselves.
- Works with watermarks, author information, or photos synthesized by computer graphics software are not accepted.
Eligibility
- Must hold a valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card.
- Staff of the Government Information Bureau are not allowed to participate.
Important Notes for Registration
- All registered information (including personal details and email address) must be valid and correct for identity verification and receipt of photo usage rights fees upon acceptance.
Submission Method
- Works are collected online.
- Submitters should go to the "Macao Photo Album" - "Our 20 Years" special page website https://photo.gcs.gov.mo to fill in personal information for registration, and then upload the digital photo file.
- Registered users of "Macao Photo Album" can log in directly and upload photos.
Submission Details
- Number of Works: Each submitter can upload a maximum of 10 photos for this special activity (not cumulative with the existing 100 photos on the "Macao Photo Album" online platform).
- Submission Period: From now until 24:00 on June 30, 2019.
