'One' Creative Arts Department Store is a two-storey, approximately 7,000-square-foot creative hub located in the vibrant Fai Chi Kei (Bairro do Hipódromo) creative arts community. It integrates culture, creativity, entrepreneurship, and exhibition into one space.
Unlike a conventional department store, it offers affordable rental spaces for creators to display and sell their works. This model attracts a diverse range of original products and fashionable art pieces from local and international artists.
The store provides tangible support for artists and entrepreneurs, assisting with business operations, product display, sales, marketing, and even features a coffee room.
As the inaugural exhibition at the Creative Arts Department Store, the Dancing Strokes Art Exhibition (also known as the Aquino da Silva Art Exhibition) showcases the work of young Macau artist Aquino da Silva, who specializes in hand-lettering art.
The exhibition features multiple creations in artistic typography, including pieces with famous quotes and aphorisms on various mediums such as wood, ceramics, and glass.
