Concept
2016 is another year of passion and excitement! Are you ready for the annual ON CALL 96-Hour Marathon Online Short Film Competition? Contestants will compete against each other, testing their speed, creativity, and technical skills. Who will take home the grand prize? Let's continue to experience every corner of the city through filming and use technology to explore new horizons. The exact filming locations will only be revealed on the competition day, but we can hint that it will involve shooting in the street communities of Macao's Northern District, aiming to show care for the community and its development services, making it a very meaningful event.

- Competition Period: December 14–17, 2016
- Registration Period: November 25–December 11, 2016 (until 6:00 PM online time)
- Eligibility: Macao residents aged 14–45
- Team Size: 1–10 people
- Number of Entries: Each team can only submit 1 work.
Registration Method
Complete the group registration form and submit it to the designated registration location or fax it to 28765234. The form can be downloaded from the association's office or its official Facebook page.

Competition Process
- Phase 1 (November 25, 2016): Complete the online registration form to obtain eligibility.
- Phase 2 (December 11, 2016): The filming theme will be drawn by lot at the association's office at 2:30 PM. Participants must complete filming on the specific theme within 96 hours. The competition topics are based on the community landscape and historical artifacts of Macao's Northern District. The filming location and topic will be drawn at the opening ceremony, marking the start of the competition.
- Phase 3 (December 17, 2016): After completing the work, submit it to the association's office by 8:00 PM and upload the参赛短片 to YouTube. Provide the YouTube link and a download link (e.g., Dropbox, SendSpace, iCloud) to complete the submission process.
Work Specifications
- Format: HD video format of 1920x1080 pixels or higher, file type .mp4.
- Subtitles: If the work contains dialogue, Chinese and English subtitles are required.
- Length: Limited to 5 minutes.
- Content: Must include a title at the beginning and credits at the end, with the text "ON CALL 96小時-馬拉松網絡短片拍攝比賽" and the association's name embedded in the end credits.

- Creativity (Concept, Expression): 20%
- Impact (Influence on the Public): 20%
- Visual Application (Camera Work, Visual Effects): 20%
Judging Method
The judging is divided into three stages: preliminary, secondary, and final selection. The organizing unit will invite professionals to form a judging panel to conduct the review fairly, justly, and openly.
Awards
- Champion (1): MOP 2000 cash prize, trophy, and a souvenir.
- First Runner-up (1): MOP 1000 cash prize, trophy, and a souvenir.
- Second Runner-up (1): MOP 500 cash prize, trophy, and a souvenir.
- Merit Award (5): Certificate and a souvenir.

- Winners must grant the organizing unit the right to use their参赛作品 for promotional purposes on relevant websites and media channels without compensation.
- If a参赛影片 involves plagiarism or infringement of intellectual property rights, the author bears full legal responsibility.
- Please pay attention to personal safety during filming. Any illegal行为 or actions are prohibited, and individuals involved bear full responsibility.
- Contestants should attend the award ceremony to participate in the judges' commentary and the颁奖仪式.
