Do you know what Sea Grapes are? They are a special type of algae from Okinawa. Their texture resembles fish roe, earning them the nickname 'green caviar'! We are specially importing them for you to try, available exclusively in Macau. Don't miss out!

Live Gyoza Demos by Master Ahiga San

The soul of our festival, gyoza master Ahiga San, has returned to Macau! He has brought five unique Okinawan gyoza flavors for you:

• Bitter melon flavor
• Squid flavor
• Mozuku seaweed flavor
• Cheese flavor
• Okinawan pork flavor

Master Ahiga San will be frying gyoza on-site for everyone to try! Head to the 7th-floor supermarket to taste his creations.
