Program Overview

The "New Parents Helper" program provides in-home infant care guidance services. A social worker from the center, together with a confinement nanny, offers hands-on instruction to assist new parents in learning newborn care techniques and answering their questions.

Key Details

• Period: April to June 2021
• Target Participants: Families with newborns up to 4 months old (subject to social worker assessment of service needs)
• Service Quota: 6 families
• Service Sessions: Two home visits during the program period (2 hours per visit)
• Fee: MOP 100 per visit
