Identity is fragile, and love is even more fragile—so fragile it can be unbearable. Yet, this is also the infinite power of love. How do we prove we are free, independent individuals, the sole masters of our own souls?
Who is dreaming? Who dreamed this story? Who imagined this? Is it her? Him? Both of them together? At what precise moment does reality turn into unreality, and the waking world transform into a dream? Where is the boundary?
Chantal discovers that 'men no longer turn to look at her' and shares this worry with Marc. Their differing views on love lead them to take action. Chantal reconsiders the new life brought to her by her deceased son, while Marc, to please Chantal and maintain his connection to the world, 'plays' the role of a stalker. During this performance, the actors occasionally step out of character to debate perspectives on love. As the story is propelled forward by a series of stalking letters, the actors become immersed in the dream of this performance. Marc and Chantal drift further apart on this journey until the arrival of the Great Aunt shatters everything in the worst possible way. The two actors, Marc, and Chantal each embark on their own dream adventure. How can one be certain whether what pierces our hearts is real or imagined?
