This is a specially designed "Emotional Playground" day camp for families, aiming to practice emotion regulation methods through parent-child puzzle-solving emotional games, promote positive connections between parents and children, and let emotions become a bridge for parent-child communication.

Activity Objectives:

1. Enhance parents' awareness, importance, and practical ability in emotional education
2. Promote positive connections between parents and children, improving the quality of parent-child interaction
3. Through experiential activities, allow parents and children to master the four-step process of emotion regulation together
