Macao Federation of Trade Unions Youth Centre (工聯青年中心) is a non-profit youth organization under the Macao Federation of Trade Unions. It is dedicated to serving the young people of Macao by organizing beneficial activities and providing appropriate services. Its mission is to unite local youth, help them exercise and grow through activities, understand society, strengthen their sense of social responsibility, establish correct values and outlooks on life, define their own career planning, and grow up healthily.
Since 2009, the Youth Centre has been organizing the Mother's Day series of activities. Upholding the spirit of the past nine years, this year's event is planned for Mother's Day, May 12 (Sunday). At various high-traffic locations across Macao, Polaroid (instant) cameras will be used to take commemorative photos for parents and children. The aim is to convey love for mothers and promote the greatness of maternal love through photographs.
