Event Introduction
MTel Telecom hopes to collect a mascot with MTel elements and characteristics through this competition, deepening Macau residents' understanding of MTel and its business, and allowing participants to showcase their artistic creativity. The event aims to further promote digital and intelligent transformation services, introducing high-quality, efficient, and secure optical communication services to all sectors of society, and assisting in digital governance and public services.
Eligibility
- Open to Macau residents (must hold a Macau Resident Identity Card).
- Submitted entries will be automatically included in the "Most Popular Online Work" category; participants do not need to submit their work again.

Professional Jury & Evaluation Criteria
The judging panel consists of designated MTel representatives (2 members) and professionals from relevant fields (3 members). Entries will be scored based on the following criteria to select the champion, first runner-up, second runner-up, and five merit award winners.
Scoring Breakdown:
- Relevance to Theme: 40%
- Overall Aesthetic: 20%
- Creativity: 20%
- Derivative Potential: 20%
Entry Specifications & Submission Method
- Provide a work title and a design description of 50–200 words.
- The work must be presented on A3-sized drawing paper, showing three-view effects of the mascot (front, side, and back), and mounted on B3-sized black thick card paper.
- Scan the work into JPEG format with a resolution of no less than 300dpi and email it to [email protected] for submission.
- Email subject must state "MTel Telecom Mascot".
- File naming convention: Work Title + Author's Name.
- Total file size must be no less than 1MB and not exceed 5MB.
- Complete the "MTel Telecom Mascot" Design Competition "Registration Form" and "Entry Copyright Consent and Usage Declaration.pdf" (click to download forms) and submit them together with the physical entry to an MTel store.
