St. Augustine, a Church Father and Doctor of the Church, is one of the most well-known saints in the Catholic Church. His mother, St. Monica, is also widely recognized, as it could be said that Augustine's conversion was achieved through his mother's tears. To commemorate this great mother, the Cardinal Newman Cultural Centre Macau specially chose Mother's Day to invite Dr. Chen Jirong, a Liturgy Doctor from the Pontifical Athenaeum of Saint Anselm in Rome, to share with everyone about this devoted mother's unconditional dedication and her unwavering faith in God.
