Mooncake Box Recycling Campaign 2013
Mooncakes are a traditional food for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Considering the large number of mooncake boxes discarded after the festival each year, to encourage public participation in waste separation and recycling, the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) is once again co-organizing the "Mooncake Box Recycling Campaign 2013" with the Macau Federation of Neighbourhood Associations (MFNA). This initiative aims to help citizens learn about the types of recyclable waste and develop awareness of resource conservation through hands-on participation.
