The intertwined tripartite world of Athenians, fairies, and craftsmen also corresponds to the three artistic stages of dancers: from youthful naivety, to maturity, and finally to effortless mastery. The story begins with a group of young Athenians, whose youthful bodies dance with vibrant passion. The subsequent fairy world is filled with bizarre and ever-changing desires, making pulses race. The comical craftsmen, existing between dance and acting, perfectly express an artist's obsessive love for their own work. Three worlds, three styles, each accompanied by Mendelssohn's elegant movements, electronic phantasms by Truzzi, and the comedic rhythm of Bernadette Marthaler, along with cutting-edge costume design and stage art, unfold a mischievous, unrestrained, and enchanting ballet masterpiece.
