Event Overview

The inaugural Martial Arts Heroes Gathering will take place from August 11 to 14 at various locations including Tap Seac Square, Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion, Senado Square, Friendship Square, and Iao Hon Park. All sessions are free to enter. The event will bring together martial arts masters from around the world for skill exchanges, featuring traditional martial arts performances, lion and dragon dances, and forms competitions. Highlights include the Sun City Group China vs. The World Sanda Championship, the SJM Dragon and Lion Dance Championship, and a Martial Arts, Lion & Dragon Dance, and Auspicious Beast Parade.

Daily Program Highlights

• August 11: International Wushu Forms Competition, demonstrations by renowned martial artists, and the grand opening ceremony with special performances.
• August 12: Traditional martial arts performances and workshops, lion dance performances and experiences, and the thrilling Sun City Group China vs. The World Sanda Championship.
• August 13: The SJM Dragon and Lion Dance Championship and a traditional lion dance showcase.
• August 14: Demonstrations and workshops by masters, lion dance performances, and the grand finale featuring the Martial Arts, Lion & Dragon Dance, and Auspicious Beast Parade. The parade will start at the Ruins of St. Paul's and conclude at Tap Seac Square, followed by the closing ceremony.
