Overview
Macau teamLab Supernatural Space is a vast, immersive art museum created by the art collective teamLab. Spanning 5,000 square meters, it features a complex, multi-level interactive space composed of monumental artworks up to 8 meters high. It is a "body-immersive museum" that explores the relationship between humans and nature and offers new perceptions of the world.

Experience Introduction
Through teamLab's "Body Immersive" concept, visitors immerse their bodies within the giant artwork collection, co-create with others, and become one with the art. This experience transcends the boundaries between body and art, redefining the perception of self and the world, and explores new understandings of our continuity with the universe.
Featured Artworks
The Infinite Crystal Universe
A three-dimensional work created by accumulating points of light, similar to pointillist painting. It is an infinitely expanding group of light sculptures.
- Visitors can use their smartphones to select and cast elements into the space, creating three-dimensional objects that collectively form the artwork.
- The objects influence each other and are also affected by the presence of people in the space.
- The piece is perpetually created and changing due to the presence of viewers.
Valley of Flowers and People: Lost, Immersed and Reborn
Multiple seasons coexist and gradually transition within this space.
- Flowers that bloom throughout the year change their locations with the shifting seasons.
- Flowers undergo a perpetual cycle of birth, growth, budding, blooming, withering, and death.
- If a viewer stands still, more flowers will bloom and flourish around them. Touching or stepping on flowers causes them to wither and die simultaneously.
Light Sculpture - Plane (teamLab, 2020)
A series of light sculptures that reconstitute space through the collection of light on planes, forming three-dimensional sculptures that envelop and immerse the body.
Expanding Three-Dimensional Existence in Transforming Space - Flattening 3 Colors and 9 Blurred Colors, Free Floating
A space filled with freely floating spheres.
- Visitors can push through the spheres to enter.
- The space repeatedly transforms between three-dimensional and planar states as the colors of the sphere collective change.
- When a sphere is pushed or tapped, it changes color and emits a unique sound, triggering a chain reaction of color and sound through nearby spheres.
Born From the Darkness a Loving, and Beautiful World
When people touch Chinese characters, the world contained within each character is revealed. These elements interact with each other, influenced by their positions, inherent intelligence, relationships, and physical forces, to create a unique world.
- For example, wind will scatter flowers and snow; birds perch on trees; butterflies are drawn to flowers.
- Like a natural landscape, no moment is ever repeated, and the artwork presented at any given instant will never appear again.
Continuous Life and Death at the Crossover of Eternity
Flowers are born, bloom, scatter, wither, and die in sync with the passage of real-world time, continuously repeating the cycle of birth and death.
- The artwork's world brightens and darkens with the sunrise and sunset at its location.
- Different flowers bloom according to the seasons throughout the year.
- If touched, flowers will scatter. If touched and held, more flowers will bloom than usual and slowly expand.
Animals of Flowers, Symbiotic Lives II
Animals are covered in flowers that are born, bloom, wither, and scatter on their bodies.
- When people touch an animal, its flowers wither and scatter.
- Once all the flowers have scattered, the animal disappears.
