Purpose
Through debate, participants can effectively train critical thinking, logical analysis, and language skills, comprehensively understand different social issues, and gain an advantage in future competition. The program integrates two key elements: debate skills and civic education. It is taught by experienced debate instructors and complemented by social workers' specialized introductions to the gaming industry, embedding gambling prevention messages to educate through debate, thereby enhancing students' awareness of gambling prevention.

- Debate Training: Learn debate techniques and understand social issues through workshops and debate battles.
- Special Lecture: Social workers explain topics related to Macau's gaming industry to strengthen students' ability to prevent gambling.
- Exchange Learning: Outstanding course participants will visit other regions for exchange learning to broaden their horizons.

- Target Participants: Secondary school students interested in debate.
- Quota: 30 people.
- Activity Dates:
- Training Course: April 7 – May 12
- Debate Competition: May 19 & May 26
- Overseas Exchange: July 19 – 22
- Total Hours: 21 hours.
- Fee: Registration fee MOP 200 (fully refundable if attendance reaches 80%).
- Certificate: A course certificate will be awarded for attendance of 80% or above.
- Registration Period: Now until March 31.
