In recent years, Macau has seen continuous large-scale construction projects, with frequent community and shop relocations leading to constant renovations of varying scales. As a result, the city has become dusty and people's hearts have grown heavy. Director Jiang Zhenyun once again highlights the importance of 'being close to nature' and has invited the highly skilled writer Kawai Shinichi to co-create.
Through the creative form of object theatre, the newly interpreted Forest Home attempts to find an experimental path between contemporary minimalist style and traditional Asian art: using wooden planks as the main storytelling objects, showcasing the multifaceted nature of actors as both people and objects.
Perhaps, before species become extinct, this play harbors the bittersweet mood of humans amusing themselves.

On the eve of another impending migration, Haminu's father—the tribe's excellent wind hunter—suddenly disappears. Haminu, following the dodo bird that the tribe sees as a soul-chasing bird, embarks on a lonely journey. Unexpectedly, this journey is not his alone...
