Overview
Organized by the Pak Wai Activity Centre of the Macau Federation of Neighbourhood Associations, this annual summer competition invites photographers to capture the spirit of the "Macau Cultural Performances 2013" events.
Competition Details
- Theme: Photographs of the various "Macau Cultural Performances 2013" activities organized by Pak Wai Activity Centre.
- Eligibility: Open to all Macau residents.
- Submission Period: August 15, 2013 to September 3, 2013 (23:59).
- Submission Method: Upload entries via the official submission link.
Entry Requirements
- Submit digital photo files.
- Maximum long edge: 2500px.
- Format: JPG.
- File size: Not exceeding 2.5MB.
- File naming convention: Use number – passport English name (e.g.,
1-ChanTaiMan.jpg). Incorrect naming will lead to disqualification.
- Maximum of 8 entries per participant.
Prizes
- Champion (1): Trophy + MOP 2,000.
- First Runner-up (1): Trophy + MOP 1,500.
- Second Runner-up (1): Trophy + MOP 1,000.
- Merit Award (5): Trophy + MOP 200 each.
- Note: To encourage broader participation, the top three prizes cannot be won by the same author. The same author can win a maximum of two awards.
Judging & Awards
- The judging panel will be appointed by the organizer.
- The award ceremony venue, date, and time will be announced separately.
Rules & Regulations
- Entries must be the original work of the participant. Plagiarism, borrowing, or purchasing others' work is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and reclaiming of prizes.
- By entering, participants grant the organizer non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish, exhibit, or use their works in any form.
- Participants must adhere to the competition rules. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify non-compliant entries.
- The judges' decision is final.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules as necessary.
