Program Overview
Esports is an emerging industry that integrates technology, competition, entertainment, and social interaction. The Macao Youth Esports Special Internship Program is jointly created by the Hengqin Civil Affairs Bureau, the Macao Labour Affairs Bureau, and VSPO for Macao youth. Leveraging the globally sustainable esports ecosystem built by VSPO, the program provides participating Macao youth with opportunities to engage in the development of the esports industry, aiming to cultivate more young professionals with specialized esports vocational skills for Macao.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a Macao resident holding a valid Resident Identity Card.
- Must have completed and obtained a bachelor's degree or higher from a higher education institution in Macao or elsewhere after September 2019.
- Must possess work experience.
- Must meet the skill requirements for the internship position.
Internship Details
- Duration: 12 weeks.
- Nature: The internship does not constitute an employment contract relationship.

Recruitment and Selection Process
- Public recruitment is conducted by the Macao Labour Affairs Bureau and the Hengqin Civil Affairs Bureau.
- Application documents are reviewed by the Hengqin Civil Affairs Bureau and the Macao Labour Affairs Bureau.
- VSPO conducts interviews with candidates and selects the most suitable applicants.
