Macao Cultural Centre Film Production Grant Scheme
Macao Image New Force is now accepting applications for its annual film production grant scheme. This local film creation funding program is open to all who have a "Macao" themed project they wish to turn into a film. Whether it's a documentary, feature short, or animation, you are welcome to apply. Proposals selected for the final stage will receive financial assistance to complete their production and will be scheduled for a premiere at the Macao International Film and Video Festival 2014, allowing creators to share their work with audiences. The application deadline is May 13, 2013.
To encourage video enthusiasts to create and inspire more people to join the creative field, the Macao Cultural Centre launched this grant scheme in 2007. Over the past six years, it has received over 250 proposals, with 49 shortlisted films successfully receiving grants and completing production. This achievement is encouraging, and the activity has successfully raised awareness among local video producers and audiences about the development of local video production.

Macao Image New Force is divided into three categories:
- Documentary
