The ideal water temperature for brewing coffee is between 85°C and 92°C. Too cold and it's sour; too hot and it's bitter. Just like the emotions we invest in people, it needs to be just right.
Arno works at the Café at 22° North Latitude, serving a diverse array of customers every day: a cheerful yet mysterious elderly lady, a couple with communication issues who are about to become parents, a surgeon trying to prove his worth, a talented but unrecognized musician, the cafe's 'leftover woman' manager who keeps failing at matchmaking, and a young girl about to move abroad... Each guest has their own issues to resolve. Everything that unfolds in the cafe gradually helps Arno understand what he truly wants to pursue in life.
