Program Overview
The Macao Culture and Arts Youth Program, organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau and undertaken by the Macao New Chinese Youth Association, is now recruiting participants. This program offers a series of courses focused on Macao's history and culture, the inheritance of Chinese traditions, and the cultivation of cultural communication skills. It aims to encourage local youth to immerse themselves in cultural and artistic influences.
Program Objectives
To build Macao as a "cooperation and exchange base with Chinese culture as the mainstream and a coexistence of diverse cultures," the program seeks to promote excellent traditional Chinese culture in schools, sowing the seeds of cultural inheritance. Through cultural and artistic learning and practice, the program aims to use cultural cultivation as a stepping stone and cultural promotion as a goal for youth development. By experiencing the essence of Chinese culture, young people can build cultural confidence, shoulder the responsibility and mission of inheriting Chinese traditions and Macao's historical culture, unleash their potential, and stimulate innovative vitality.
