About the Performance
Beginning in 2020, a year of monumental change, we have all faced unusual norms of living. In days forced to a standstill, we unexpectedly gained time to re-examine life and ourselves. In response to the reflections life has given, we set the creative theme for this year's practical class as:
<Isolation> vs <Freedom>
Seven creators each have their own interpretation of this theme. Based on stories from their own lives, they explore different alternative theatre techniques to delicately portray the resonances of various identities in our lives—within family, workplace, friendships, or artistic pursuits.
