Research consistently shows that high-performance teams share a common trait: high mutual trust. As a team manager or member, how do you find time in a busy schedule to build trust with your peers? The answer lies in "Lego Serious Play." This workshop utilizes the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology to guide participants in thinking through play, promoting team communication, fostering the determination to achieve goals, and experiencing the process of building trust with others.

In accordance with the latest pandemic prevention guidelines from the Macau SAR Government, participants must present proof of completion of the primary COVID-19 vaccination series at least 14 days prior (i.e., having received 2 or more doses with a gold/purple health code frame) OR provide a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result from within the last 7 days. Those unable to present such proof will not be permitted to enter the venue.
