The "Leader Trainee" series is a comprehensive youth leadership development program designed to equip junior high school students with the skills to become future leaders. The program consists of three key phases, culminating in an international exchange experience in Japan.

• Japan Training Camp in Himeji City: August 8–12, 2019
• Summary & Sharing Session: Late August 2019
