Event Overview
Challenge your knowledge of labour laws! This competition aims to enhance public understanding of the rights and obligations of employers and employees under the current legal framework, promoting harmonious labour relations.

- Location: Macau Federation of Trade Unions Vocational and Technical Secondary School (Rua Lei Pou Chon, Toi San, Macau)
- Admission: Free (A MOP $50 deposit is required upon registration, refundable upon attendance and completion of the event with the participation receipt)
- Language: Chinese (Cantonese)
Competition Format
- Format: Team competition (3 members per team)
- Structure: Preliminary round and final round
- Content: Primarily based on the Labour Relations Law
- Question Types: Includes quiz questions, multiple-choice questions, and calculation problems.
- Judging: A panel of professionals appointed by the organizer.
Prizes
- Champion: MOP $3,000 and a trophy
- 1st Runner-up: MOP $2,000 and a trophy
- 2nd Runner-up: MOP $1,000 and a trophy
Eligibility & Registration
- Eligibility: Must hold a Macau Resident Identity Card and be 18 years of age or above.
- Registration Method: Submit the completed application form in person at the Workers' Union Northern District Workers' Service Centre.
- Registration Address: Shop B, Block 1, Yu Wah Building, 183-185 Rua Nova de Areia Preta, Macau.
- Registration Deadline: Friday, December 10, 2021
- Office Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:30–22:00, Sunday 14:30–18:30 (Closed on public holidays)
- Required Documents:
- A copy of each participant's ID card.
- Completed application form.
- Forms: Regulations and application forms can be obtained at the centre or by scanning a QR code.
Important Notes
- If false information is provided, the participation qualification will be revoked.
- Team member changes must be applied for at least 2 working days before the event with the organizer.
- If a team has insufficient members on the event day, their qualification will be cancelled.
- Personal data collected will be used solely for this event. The centre will strictly comply with Law No. 8/2005, the Personal Data Protection Act.
- The Workers' Union Northern District Workers' Service Centre reserves the final right of interpretation and decision for any disputes.
