Essay Competition Details

This competition is organized as part of the Labour Relations Academic Seminar, focusing on the theme of rest and leave rights. It aims to encourage academic discussion and research on labour rights.

Competition Categories & Prizes

The competition is divided into two categories:

Open Category

• Target: University students or above / working professionals.
• Word Count: Approximately 6,000 words or more.
• Prizes:
  • First Prize (1 winner): MOP 8,000
  • Second Prize (1 winner): MOP 5,000
  • Third Prize (1 winner): MOP 3,000
  • Merit Award (1 winner)

Student Category

• Target: Secondary school students.
• Word Count: Approximately 3,000 words or more.
• Prizes:
  • First Prize (1 winner): MOP 5,000
  • Second Prize (1 winner): MOP 3,000
  • Third Prize (1 winner): MOP 1,000
  • Merit Award (1 winner)

Winners from both categories are required to attend the award ceremony during the seminar.
