Format
Through group games and stories, participants are guided to experience storylines firsthand, exploring the content and the situations of different characters.

Workshop Sessions
- Session 1: Understanding and preparing for the physical and emotional changes of puberty.
- Session 2: Exploring how to embrace puberty with a positive mindset, building values of self-appreciation and respect for others.
- Session 3: Respecting different gender traits between males and females, learning appropriate ways for interaction between the sexes.
- Session 4: Protecting bodily autonomy, learning coping methods for real-life situations, and understanding avenues for seeking help.
